On November 16th we were pleased to welcome an ambassador from Dementia Friends, an Alzheimer's Society Initiative, as our speaker.

After a very informative, interactive session where we learned how Dementia affects memory, thinking, communication and everyday tasks as well as gaining an understanding of how we can help those with Dementia in their daily lives, we are proud to say every Lion present signed up to be a Dementia Friend.
